You made the process easy and fun; from selecting the type and shape of pool, to concrete finishes and tile surround. You are very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient in explaining "pool mechanics" to first time buyers. We are impressed with the latest technology: the UV light, glass filter, "Wally" the robotic crawling cleaner-intact, we have yet had to do any work. Your hardworking crew and your personal attention to detail gave us confidence during the process. Every morning has been spent with coffee and newspaper by the pool, and every evening in the pool with a light show. We have already shared our pool with family and friends who love it as much as we do. Len, thanks again.

Once me and my wife decided to build a pool, we set out to find a builder. You would think finding a pool builder would be easy, just Google and start calling. Well, that’s what I did since I didn’t know anyone that knew of a reputable pool builder. After many phone calls to pool companies, it was difficult to get anyone to call me back in a timely manner because it was peek pool building season. I had a couple guys call me back but since there were busy they didn’t seem to interested in answering a lot of questions, and especially showing us finished pools they had completed. Len with Creative Pools returned my phone call in a timely manner and agreed to show us pools two days later, but did explain to me he was very busy and it would be in the evening time which was fine with us. He showed us 4 completed pools which he explained all the processes of construction and time lines of completing construction. Then we realized he was finishing up a pool for one of my daughters friends. We were able to actually talk to someone we knew about their experience using Len as their pool builder. Len has a “NO SURPRISES” contract structure that helped us make a decision to sign a contract with him. We knew we were 4th in the construction line, meaning he had to build 4 pools before he started ours. Len explained his time line with all the pools and kept me informed with construction delays due to weather. Len was a couple weeks late starting our pool due to 1 week of heavy rains, he explained delays prior to us signing any contract, and we were well aware of his construction schedules because he kept us updated. Len doesn’t make excuses he told us the truth every step of the way. Once Len started our pool, he finished in a timely manner with no delays because we had no rain. Once our pool was finished, the balance of the contract was paid with “NO SURPRISES” everything was as Len said it would be. When I have any questions I text him and he always replies in a timely manner. We couldn’t be happier with our pool. We love it!

Len was incredibly helpful in creating the design for our pool (waterfalls, tile, pool deck, stamped concrete). He gives a great amount of attention to detail and has a very good feel for what looks good. Len was always accessible and stood behind his work, calling back right away whenever I had a question. I have had the pleasure of doing business with Len Cofer and his pool-building team on two different occasions. In 2008 my wife and I contracted with Len to build our first pool. Len was
excellent at presenting our options to us and helped us make the best decision from a quality and financial standpoint. He went above and beyond to build our pool in a timely and professional fashion. We ran into some issues on the dig when they uncovered a natural spring about 7 feet down. Len came up with a MacGyver-type solution that worked like a charm! He has a great imagination when it comes to landscaping ideas and helped us determine options to make the end product beautiful.
After building a new home in 2014 Len built our second pool. Much like the first experience, Len was professional, had creative ideas and suggestions, and helped us to get a quality pool at a terrific price. The build went quickly and without incident. With the pool, Len’s team built a custom waterfall which turned out beautiful. In this purchase we also bought a hot tub. The recommendations he made were excellent and the install by his team went perfect. We have been very satisfied with the pool and the hot tub.
In both instances, Len was very hands on throughout the entire build and install. His level of customer service is outstanding. I would strongly recommend Len and his crew to anyone looking to put in a pool.
